Aluminium Patrol Boats
Patrol boats are the key tool for the State’s security forces, as well as for the Armed Forces in the fight against drug trafficking, piracy, military intervention and humanitarian aid. Every time one of these teams goes out to sea, they put their lives at risk, which is why resistant vessels are sought in which safety is the most important element. At AISTER, we have worked to convert the needs of our clients into realities by offering the design and manufacture of high quality naval aluminium patrol boats that guarantee comfort and speed on board.

Top Speeds
Aluminium boats between 10 and 30 m, the deep-V hull design strikes a perfect balance between being a lightweight boat and performance when tackling big waves without losing directional stability or speed, allowing our patrol boats to reach top speeds of 50 knots. All this makes for smoother sailing, free from jolts, helping prevent injuries and fatigue among the crew during long patrols at sea.
At AISTER, our goal is to make your needs a reality. We have optimised our designs to create a range of boats with comfortable cruise speeds between 17 and 22 knots, ideal for patrols that need to perform preventive controls in different areas. However, when the time comes to accelerate or give chase, our boats can reach top speeds of up to 50 knots.
Flexible technology
Our specially designed collar for rapid-response boats is designed to protect them from impacts. The strong coating and flexible core help absorb impacts, making it an ideal choice for professional applications. The section-based design also means that in the event of a collision or as a result of wear and tear over the life of the boat, only the damaged section needs to be replaced, not the whole perimeter of the boat.
Our patrol boats also have a low profile for sailing, which helps ensure a low radar cross-section and reduce the area exposed to enemy fire. We provide flexible technology for installing custom systems and our seats are fitted with heavy-duty suspension to minimise the fatigue and physical wear among the crew from the impacts to which patrol boats are subject when travelling at high speeds.
Custom patrol boats
All parts of our patrol boats are custom-made and we work closely with all the Shipowners who hire us to design their patrol boats, taking into account the tasks for which the crafts will be used and the geographic area in which they will operate. Our qualified staff and certified materials ensure the final quality of our products.
It is particularly important to protect the cabin space of patrol boats to ensure the comfort of the crew. Depending on the length of the craft, we offer different options (open cabins, hard-top and full cabins). At AISTER, we have our own marine interiors department, meaning our team can also take care of the interior of our customers’ boats, with an attention to detail that guarantees users the best possible experience.
