In accordance with the provisions of Organic Law 15/1999, on the Protection of Personal Data and Royal Decree 1720/2007, of December 21, which approves the Regulation for the Development of Organic Law 15/1999 , of December 13, protection of personal data, users of the Transparency Portal are informed that filling in any form or sending an email to any of their mailboxes implies acceptance of the privacy policy that is detailed here, as well as the authorization to the Ministry of the Presidency to treat the personal data contained in them, in the terms and conditions indicated here.
The user’s data will be included in a file owned by the Ministry of the Presidency, declared before the Spanish Agency for Data Protection.
The user authorizes AISTER to use the data, with a unique and exclusive character, for the purposes foreseen in the procedures or actions in question.
The user can exercise at any time their rights of access, rectification, cancellation and opposition by addressing the appropriate request in writing to the following address: Ministerio de la Presidencia; Oficina de La Transparencia y Acceso a la información, Complejo de la Moncloa, Avenida de Puerta de Hierro, s/n. 2807 (Madrid).
The request must include the request made to the Ministry, the address for the purposes of notifications, the date and its signature, and the supporting documents of the request that it formulates, if applicable.
The Ministry of the Presidency presumes that the data has been entered by its owner or by a person authorized by it and that they are correct and accurate.
It is up to the user to update their own data. The Ministry of the Presidency will not be responsible for its inaccuracy if the user does not communicate the changes that may have occurred (for example, change of email address).
By the simple visit to the Portal of Transparency the user does not provide any personal information or is obliged to provide it.
